As I said before, the first time I lost weight, i failed to weigh myself first. I did not want that to be the case this time, so I did a weigh in on Saturday. I wanted to know basically where I was starting so I can track my progress. I am going to suck it up and put that number here because I know that it is just a number and that no one but me is going to judge me for it. (If I am wrong, keep it to yourself!). I currently weigh 156 lbs. There, I said it. Considering I once weighed around 220, I am not going to let myself feel too bad about that number! I am, however, going to make it smaller.
