I feel like crap. I don't know what my problem is! It's like I can't stop snacking on my lunch break, and I can't get motivated to work out. How the heck am I going to get fit if I keep filling my body with crap and avoiding exercise?? Every bite feels good while I am eating it, but afterward I feel like a huge failure. I need to get my butt in gear and show some self control!
